Swine Flu

What's next ? Firstly , there's SARS . Then followed by bird flu and HFMD . Now it's the swine flu . So , how ? Are we supposed to wait like what we did during the SARS period ?

In Singapore , I guess everyone is aware of the recent SWINE FLU pandemic . At first , I wasn't aware of anything . I just took it as a normal sickness which can be cured within a few days . Yet , I didn't expect it to be this serious . Gosh , I've to be more resilient in future . :P

What's SWINE FLU ? Flu coming form the pigs ? If it's true , where do the virus come from ? From little " virus buggies" flying around and landing on the pigs ?

Eeyer , I just don't know what's happening to this world . One obstacles after another . Gosh . How are the people going to face this in the future , where there are new generations coming in ?

REFLECTION:

Seriously , I just don't understand life . Why would there be people of different class ? Rich and poor ? After I've watched the video , my mind is filled with unanswerable questions ? If this is still happening in Singapore , great , I just have nothing to say about the lifestyle here . If this is happening in other countries , I would like to ask , "WHAT THE HELL IS THEIR GOVERNMENT DOING !??"

Why are third world countries like Africa , where people are suffering , still exist ? Just wondering .

People have been taught not to waste food but there are still dummies who just wouldn't listen . Oblivious to life nowadays , people could just buy the food they want and would throw it away if they couldn't finish it CLEAN !

So what if they are rich , pockets filled with notes ?? At least think twice before buying , if not , THRICE !

There's this common saying , "If you study hard now , you'll have a better life in the future . " Well , somehow it's true . On the other hand , what if there are parents who couldn't afford to send their kids to school ? What if they did study hard previously , but end up living in such a miserable life ? What if they were given the chance to study but didn't treasure it ?

Parents , as usual , are hoping the best for their children .

If I were the one who " create life " , I would not categorised people according to their status . I just treat it as normal human beings who were given the chance to live in this world . I know it's kind of hard for those people living in misery . No matter how hard your life is , life still has to move on . If you're strong enough to face all obstacles in your life , everything will be just fine . The poor people , maybe , are destined to live their life the way it is now . They simply can't change that particular fact but somehow , there are still poor people living more peaceful than the rich . This is due to the family support they have among themselves , encouraging each other not to give up on life .

Just thinking at the positive side . If you think you're poor , think about the people suffering out there . Be fortunate .

I couldn't decide if life is fair . It's like , we're not the perfect person to judge life . God is the one creating it . Every negative points we say out , I just feel that we're just blaming God .

There must be a reason behind all these .

Lending a helping hand , the best . We could donate to charities . Donating to charities doesn't mean we have to donate a large sum of money , a few cents / dollars would do . We could also donate recyclable stuffs , example : Toys , clothes or books . The thoughts that count .

We could also be volunteers teaching those kids whose parents could not afford to send them to school . At least , they get to learn something .

There are many ways of helping . Any help in any form , is still help .
A little help from us is a better life for them .
